1. The licence
Paralaks Shelf is sold as a subscription. An individual licence covers one person on up to two machines. An office licence covers the number of seats purchased. Licences are not transferable between people; a machine can be released and replaced at any time from within the plugin.
2. Your content stays yours
You own every model and texture you upload. We claim no rights over your content beyond what is technically necessary to store it, show it to the people you share it with, and deliver it back to you. If you stop subscribing you may export your content; we do not hold it hostage.
Content uploaded to the Main Library — the public showcase — can be downloaded by every user of the service. Do not put confidential work there. Use a private shelf.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload content that infringes somebody else's copyright, is unlawful, or is pornographic. We may remove such content and suspend the account responsible.
4. Availability
We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The plugin keeps working with your local library and cached models while the server is unreachable.
5. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Paralaks Architecture is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost work. Keep your own backups of work that matters — sound practice with any cloud service.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the paid period. We may terminate an account that breaches section 3.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction.
