What we collect

What we do not collect
We do not read your hard disk, your other SketchUp files, or anything you have not explicitly uploaded. The installation ID is a random value we generate — not a MAC address, disk serial, or any hardware identifier. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell data to anyone.
Where your data lives
On Cloudflare infrastructure (R2 object storage and D1 database). Files are transmitted over TLS. Cloudflare's own terms apply to the underlying infrastructure.
Administrator access
Paralaks administrators can access shelf contents for support and abuse investigation. Such access is deliberate, logged, and limited to what the purpose requires. We do not browse customer shelves as a matter of routine.
Your rights
Under KVKK (Türkiye) and GDPR (EU) you may request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, or a copy of it. Deleted models remain recoverable for 30 days, after which they are permanently removed.
